Interact, credit or EMT is available, however 13% HST will be charged 

1. Please arrive on time to your appointment, anything later than 15 minutes is considered no show & will be rescheduled 

2. We do not offer refunds on any services, once service is done, if you are ever dissatisfied we will fix the problem or offer a store credit 

3. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable 

4. Cancelations for any appointments must be done within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, no later or you will be charged half of the service fee. 

5. Any prepaid service appointment that is canceled last minute within the 24 hour or no show will result in loosing that session. Zero exceptions! 

6. Aesthetics by Trina requires a credit, debt/visa card on file to secure your appointment. In the event of no show or last minute cancelation your card will be charged 50% of service fee.
